Refund policy

Return Policy:

• All returns must be authorized by our office
  
• Returns if granted, have to be reported and authorized within 7 days of receiving goods
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

• Credits for returned products are issued only after the items are received in our warehouse in the original condition of which they were shipped
  
• Returns resulting from customer error will not be eligible for credit on freight charges, this includes inbound and outbound freight charges
  
• When return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer, shipping can be arranged through Mera Medical Supplies to take advantage of our reduced courier rates. Returns arranged in such a manner will have the freight charges deducted from the credit note
  
• Only returns resulting from a Mera Medical Supplies error will have outbound and inbound freight charges credited
  
• To qualify for refund, items must be returned in the original condition of which they were shipped
• Some items have a No return policy. Please contact us before purchase for these listed products.
