In-stock merchandise will normally arrive within 3-7 business days. 

NOTE: Additional charges may apply for remote areas. If ordering to remote areas, please contact us for accurate shipping fees. If shipping charges are unable to be calculated, please contact us for further information. Orders to Newfoundland, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, please contact us for accurate shipping fees.

 

Please note: business days do not include weekends. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

When will my order be processed?

Most orders placed before 1:00pm EST will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm EST will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed after 1:00pm EST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: shipping dates for special-order items are subject to lead times indicated on the individual product pages.

What costs will be incurred? How is shipping calculated?

Price is based on the weight and dimensions of the products ordered. Large-volume items such as heavy equipment, furniture, or highly breakable items, or items requiring special shipping such as HAZMAT, may incur additional shipping fees in addition to what is quoted during checkout.
