3M SoluPrep Wipe (0.05% w/v chlorhexidine gluconate sponge) is a skin antisepsis used prior to invasive procedures and to reduce bacteria on the skin, diminishing the risk of surgical site infection. This pack contains 1 prep wipe per packette. The antiseptic solution in the 3M SoluPrep Wipe begins killing microorganisms immediately upon contact with the skin. This solution then suppresses the regrowth of bacteria for at least 72 hours after application. Suggested Applications For use on intact skin prior to invasive procedures.
