PureCleanse is safe and effective for the direct replacement of sterile water and normal saline in all irrigation, lavage and wound cleansing applications. It goes beyond saline by using pure, stable hypochlorous acid (HOCl) to actively target bacteria, viruses, and fungi while supporting the body’s natural healing process.
Removes microorganisms, physically disrupts biofilm, and offers safe, effective debridement irrigation.
